GX Handcrafted was born in 2019. Starting as a way to relax and destress from the working week soon became something more. We focused more on making candles for our family and friends and then decided to start selling. 2020 was to say a tough year for everyone but its when we decided to really build the brand and expand our range. Every month we have new ideas and new products.

Our aim is to be able to provide everyone with high quality products at affordable prices. We love what we do and love our products and want you to enjoy them just as much!

Our Packaging

Here at GX Handcrafted we are committed to reducing the impact on our environment wherever possible and we’re doing what we can to bring you a product that is packaged both securely and beautifully using either compostable, biodegradable or recycled packaging. This includes reusing packaging we receive from our suppliers (i.e. Boxes, Bubble wrap etc)

However, due to the nature of the products being shipped, there are certain components to our products and packaging that is non-recyclable and we do what we can to minimise this where possible. We are still on the hunt for more environmentally friendly packaging that is right for us.

PACKAGING:

• Mailer Bags – Compostable Made partly from cornstarch, these will biodegrade in about 4 months! (Please remove label, packing tape and put them in with your household compost) visit heropackaging.com.au for more information.
• Cardboard Boxes – Recyclable (remove label before recycling)

• Reed Diffuser Glass Bottles – Recyclable (remove all labels and rinse with water before recycling)
• Reed Sticks, Collar & Induction Seal – Non-Recyclable

CANDLES:

• Glass Jar – Recyclable (remove all labels, seals and any remaining wax before recycling) 
• Tealights – Box is recyclable (remove plastic window before recycling). Aluminium is Non-Recyclable.
• Wax Melts – Recyclable (remove label and wash with warm soapy water before recycling)

ROOM SPRAY:
